BlackBerry PlayBook Demo Live on stage as the Tablet makes its first official debut (Complete Demo Video and Close-up Screenshots of PlayBook Inside)

RIM’s Founder and Co-CEO Mike Lazaridis was on hand today at the Adobe Air Max conference and while most might have thought that the reason was their close association with the Air SDK, they sure had another surprise waiting. We talked just hours ago about the BlackBerry PlayBook Simulator on Rim site and how we were not too excited about it. Well, now is the time to jump up and take notice as the ‘real deal’ is here. We got an unexpected ‘Live Demo’ of the BlackBerry PlayBook Tablet at the Adobe Air Max conference. But still, we were ready enough to get it for you…

The full flash support and Real multi-tasking that the PlayBook did display at the demo have shown why it was so hotly anticipated. The features, UI and the way in which those full screen video options worked just make you stand up and take notice. The BlackBerry PlayBook seems as good, if not better, than what was promised.

Also BlackBerry seems damn serious about apps and their significance for the PlayBook. How did we deduce that? Well, Lazaridis just announced that developers who submit PlayBook apps and get them approved into App World will get a Free BlackBerry PlayBook. Also the fact that Adobe AIR allows developers to create software that can work on a variety of platforms, including Windows, Mac, and the BlackBerry PlayBook.

This is obviously an attempt to get more developers to work on PlayBook Apps. But we still feel a free PlayBook is more than enough to get all those developers initiated. What are you still waiting for guys? Get started… (Of course, after you enjoy the video!)
