Assassin’s Creed Brotherhood Sets a New Pre-Order Record for Ubisoft, Exceeds All Previous Game Titles

If Treyarch’s Call of Duty: Black Ops pre-orders are breaking the records, Ubisoft’s Assassin’s Creed Brotherhood isn’t doing too badly either. As per a latest press release issued by Ubisoft, Assassin’s Creed Brotherhood has surpassed all other Ubisoft video game releases in worldwide pre-orders. Just to revive your memories, Creed Brotherhood will be launched in North America on November 16, while the European gamers will get a taste of this ‘already popular’ game title on November 18.

The biggest reason for this pre-launch success is the huge amount of expenditure that has been made on the marketing campaign for Assassin’s Creed Brotherhood , which as per Ubisoft is the biggest marketing investment in Ubisoft’s history.

The buzz for Assassin’s Creed Brotherhood remains high and continues to grow as the marketing, promotions and public relations campaigns progress to culminate in a worldwide television and online advertising effort that extends far beyond the game’s launch date.

Interestingly, Black Ops will be launched on November 9, exactly a week before Creed Brotherhood. This implies that both these game titles will be competing neck to neck against each other, and we will have the statisticians on our side to know which one is doing better.
