Call of Duty: Black Ops Retail Copies Stolen

October 19, 2010, By Christian Davis

It’s just a matter of time before we see the full game now. On October 18th,  some guy in Alabama  thought it would be cool to steal one of the biggest games of the year, Call of Duty: Black Ops.

Stealing is bad to begin with, but now I expect to see a whole bunch of leaked content from the games single and multiplayer. The thief sold several copies of the game to his associates, one of which is a member of an underground hacking forum. The person who bought the game, is the same person who leaked all of the Halo: Reach information a while back. Surely Activision is thrilled about this.

If this game is leaked, it will be a huge blow to Treyarch and Activision financially. The fan base is large enough to where they will still make mounds of money, but gamers with their “JTagged”  Xbox 360 will jump on this and hopefully will be banned soon after.
