We are just a couple of days away from the first ‘official’ sneak-peak at the upcoming OS for Mac (version 10.7) which is dubbed the Lion. Generally it is difficult to know much about the Apple Operating Systems’ be it for the mobile gadgets or the Mac lineage, but for a change, there is a bit of info about the Mac OS X which is being discussed all over the web.

It is being touted that Mac OS X Lion User Interface will feature a number of iOS interface elements which will include iOS style scroll bars and scrolling behavior. It is believed that the OS would still behave like the previous generation Mac OS X, but would replace Aqua-style scroll bars with a more minimal scroll bars with a rubber band bounce at either ends.

What is more is that features like ‘pull to refresh’ will also be possible on the latest Mac OS, though it being an option or a default is still anyone’s guess. As far as Quick Look is concerned, the instant preview feature will get boosted with popover in Spotlight search that will render extra information about a file by simply hovering over a result.
