Best Buy has confirmed that it will be providing customers with four exclusive handsets that will not be found at any other retail store. The devices that are arriving at its stores later this month include the HTC Surround, the Dell Streak, the Sony Ericsson Xperia X10 and the Samsung Fascinate.

It is interesting news that the retail giant is getting exclusivity on the Streak and the recently announced Windows Phone 7-equipped Surround, but the X10 and Samsung Fascinate are equally as exciting, as you can buy them in stylish white models.

The HTC Surround (on AT&T) is the first smartphone at Best Buy to feature the WP7 mobile operating system. The device includes integrated Dolby Mobile and SRS surround sound speakers.

The Surround also comes with a 3.8-inch touchscreen, and has 16GB on onboard storage, a kickstand on the back, and a 5-megapixel camera. The device retails for $199 with new two-year activation and will be in stores on Nov. 8.

The Dell Streak (on AT&T) is marketed as a tablet, but is more like a large smartphone. The Android-based device features a 5-inch screen and a 1GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon processor. The device also has built-in WiFi, Bluetooth, and available 3G. Furthermore, two cameras on the device will allow users the flexibility to capture the moment by photo or video chat. It will sell for $299.99 with two-year activation and will hit stores on Oct. 24.

The Samsung Fascinate (on Verizon) is one of the carrier’s best selling phones. It now comes in White and is available at Best Buy for $149.99 with new two-year activation and it also launches on Oct. 24.

The Fascinate, which is part of Samsung’s Galaxy S line, comes with a 4 inch Super AMOLED screen and a 1GHz processor. The device also has a 5 megapixel camera, 720 HD video recording and a 16GB pre-installed SD card.

The Xperia X10 (on AT&T) is available in White and it comes with the “Essential Taylor Swift Experience”. The Android based device features a slim, sleek slab with an expansive 4-inch capacitive touchscreen. It also includes GPS, and an 8-megapixel camera with a Carl Zeiss lens and facial recognition. The device comes with a price tag of $99 with a two-year contract and will be in stores on Oct. 24.

So which device has caught your mind?
