World of Warcraft Cataclysm to Release on Dec 7 for a Price of $39.99

World of Warcraft fans now have reasons to cheer. Cataclysm, the latest WoW expansion, will be ready for you to pick in a few days. Blizzard has said that the game will be out on December 7, and that means it will be in your hands well in time for this year’s Christmas season.

Cataclysm will be brought forth by Blizzard Entertainment for a price of $39.99 in a DVD format for Windows XP / Vista / 7 and Macintosh.  Blizzard has also revealed that it would be available on a format where you will be able to digitally download the expansion.

The WoW cataclysm isn’t just an add-on for the popular game brought out by Blizzard. The expansion, in fact, comes about as a revamp – a rejig of the world earlier known as Azeroth.

Inside are exciting features  that have been created with the promise of offering you fresh adventures and dungeons. Besides, the company has also pushed up the level cap to 85 and would feature, among others, Goblins and Werewolves.

Blizzard will also offer a special collector’s edition accompanied by a slew of bonus content. Gaming enthusiasts will be able to pick the special collector’s edition for a price of $79.99 at any of those gaming stores near them.
