Samsung Galaxy Tab Pricing for AT&T Revealed; Comes a Tad Expensive

September 29, 2010, By Sanjeev Ramachandran

Leaked information has revealed the data prices for the AT&T version of the Samsung Galaxy Tab. Samsung has not officially announced the prices for the carrier versions, but the present information will be a bad news for those of you who are planning to buy the device.

According to the info obtained by a source over at Android Guys, AT&T has already begun training for the tablet. It was also revealed that the data prices will be split up into three categories: per day, per week or per month.

It has been claimed that the carrier will be charging $15 per day for 100MB of data usage. If you are not careful with the usage and go over that 100MB limit, you will be charged another $15.

The second package, which will be valid for a week, will get you 300MB of data for $30. There will also be a $50 plan which would give you 1GB of data for 30 days.

There have been no comments from AT&T on the leak, but it is expected that they will be coming out soon. But if the current info is true, we will have to wait and see how many people will be coming forward to buy the device. It will also be interesting to see how other carriers will be handling the plans and pricing for the tablet.
