Thanks to a user rendering, the upcoming HTC Desire HD smartphone is out in the open as an image. Culled out into a form by the guys at BestBoyz,  it makes us believe – at least for the time being -  that this is a very accurate Desire HD render.

HTC Desire HD First Render Image is Out; But Talks of WinMo 6.5 While it Should be Froyo

The still unannounced HTC Desire HD, which is being mulled over as the European version of the much popular HTC EVO 4G, might soon have an official unveiling.  That is what the image render spurs us to believe. For, the image gives something big in the offing and it wouldn’t be bad to hope for an official unveiling in a few days.

But wait! The image we stare at has its flaws too, we must say. As we know the HTC Desire HD was supposed to be coming with Froyo, the Android 2.2 OS. The render however goes wrong there. It shows Windows Mobile 6.5 as the OS of choice, which we prefer not to trust.

Even as we are looking forward to a possible unveiling of the HTC Desire  HD as well as the HTC Desire Z at an event in London next week, we suggest you to take a look at the image rendering and bombard us with your take on that.
