T-Mobile BlackBerry 9300 (aka Curve 3G) Available on September 7th?

August 27, 2010, By Atul Roach

If I jotted down this same header say about an year ago, it would have been sensational news, but since the advent of Android powered smartphones and the ever dominant iPhone lineage, BlackBerry isn’t quite the brand it once was. Anyway, it is now being rumored that the T-Mobile locked BlackBerry Curve 3G 9300 will hit the TMo shelves around the nation on September 7, 2010.

With such little time left for the handset to go public (if the rumor is true, though) we will like to brush you up with the feature set of this BlackBerry OS 5 laden device. For starters, this handset is upgradeable to the latest OS6 and it comes with 3G network support through HSPA protocol.

Other noticeable features include a QWERTY keypad, a GPS locater powered by TeleNav, HTML e-mail support and a 2MP camera with video recording capability and zoom.

There is support for visual voice mail, voice dialing is on board and Bluetooth version 2.1 has also been integrated. By now you would have understood that it is not one of those top-of-the line BlackBerry devices, but it still fits into the decent bracket and hence we are hoping that it will not bear a hefty price tag.
