HTC Mozart Handset Images Out in the Open

August 13, 2010, By Sanjeev Ramachandran

Leaked images of the HTC’s Mozart smartphone have been spotted on the World Wide Web, and the handset appears to be having a design similar to the HTC Schubert which emerged earlier this week. The phone will be running Windows Phone 7 and everyone will be eager to see how these WP7 handsets perform when compared to Android or iOS devices.

The photos show Mozart having a back housing similar to Schubert, with a metal framework and two triangular pieces that can be removed to access the removable battery and card slots. Although the device’s internal features are not available at the moment, it is expected to have a touchscreen with a resolution of 800 x 480. The display will at least be 3.7-inch, and the phone will most probably sport a 5 megapixel camera with LED flash. Earlier reports had suggested that the device will be coming with A2DP Bluetooth support

Rumors had suggested that Schubert will be shipped sometime in October or November. To learn more about the Mozart though, we will have to wait for an official announcement from HTC. More pictures below:
