Get set for the launch of Call of Duty: Black Ops, which we expect to come our way by November 9 this year. A trailer – more of a teaser though – has been released by developers Activision and Treyarch. The multiplayer component of the long-awaited Call of Duty: Black Ops showcases some of the goodies that give us the feel that an awesome product is in the offing.

The makers have included a video recording and editing component to Black Ops, which comes about as an addition to the Call of Duty franchise. The clip creator seems to make players want to create and save clips of their favorite kills. The clip also features a ballistic knife weapon that allows players to throw blades at enemies quickly and easily. The feature is, in fact, a nice take on the knife throwing idea. The clip also features a radio-controlled RC car strapped with explosives which will allow you to attack unsuspecting enemies. You can get hold of this car when a 3 Kill Streak is achieved. And, when a 5 Kill Streak is reached, you can get hold of a Controllable Missile, which can unleash massive destruction on the battlefield. Apart from all these, there is the Camera Spike that allows players to keep some areas under surveillance.

At the end of the trailer we get news that more details about the multiplayer aspect will be revealed in some form on September 1, 2010. The game, we get to know, will be releasing for PC, PS3, Xbox 360 and Wii platforms on November 9. Here’s the teaser for you:
