T-Mobile’s online store revealed the carrier’s version of the Samsung Galaxy S smartphone called the Samsung Vibrant, to cost a full price of $330 if it is purchased without a T-Mobile contract. However, the price notification which appeared prominently on the webpage was soon removed, leaving a hint of the price in the fine print at the bottom of the webpage.

The price for the Samsung Vibrant was earlier reported to be $199 along with a two-year contract from T-Mobile. But the fine print on the T-Mobile website showed the phone to be available on credit with a down payment of $82.50 and three subsequent monthly payments of $82.50 each, which adds to a total of $330.

The 4-inch Vibrant consists of features such as a Super AMOLED screen and a built-in memory of 16 GB capacity. It has a 1GHz processor as well as a 1500 mAh lithium-ion battery capable of providing up to 6.5 hours of talktime on a single charge. A 2GB SD card is also included with the phone.

Full prices for other Galaxy S smartphones from Samsung available on AT&T, Verizon and Sprint’s network are yet to be revealed.
