Bad Company 2’s Onslaught DLC Released, Accompanied by Trailer

Battlefield: Bad Company 2 fans surely know about the Onslaught DLC pack that was gearing up to be released recently – and now it’s reality; the package is here today, and it comes with a sweet trailer showcasing some of the more interesting aspects of the new DLC.

The new onslaught mode introduces a 4-player coop gameplay, similar to what you can find in Valve’s Left 4 Dead – without the zombies, of course. The mode can be played on 4 different maps, which are actually remakes of previous ones, though some have been heavily modified to accompany the new gameplay mode.

If you want to get your hands on the new DLC package, you’ll have to pay up $10 (or 800 Microsoft Points), and bear in mind that it’s only available for the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 as of yet – the PC version is still under a question mark, as there have been concerns about its possible effect on the PC community and splitting its servers.
