Pegatron Technology, the component company, is rumored to be currently in the process of making CDMA iPhone 4 units at its Shanghai production facilities. The news, in fact, has added some amount of steam the Verizon iPhone 4 rumors that had been lying dormant all these days.

From what we get to know, work at Pegatron is progressing at an accelerated pace. Apple has preferred to be silent on the whole thing, though we get to learn that Pegatron is also working on gaining orders for MacBooks and iPads from Apple.  If plans go as on track, it is expected that the iPhone 4 handset would start arriving at Apple’s facilities by the fourth quarter of this year itself.  Sources at Peagtron has been quoted as saying that the company will shipping a CDMA version of the iPhone 4 to Apple in the fourth quarter and is currently using its plants in Shanghai, China to make the products.

Meanwhile, Pegatron is also said to have received notebook orders from Acer too for 2011. The company is all set to be listed on the Taiwan Stock Exchange (TSE) on June 24.
