Toshiba is on fire releasing laptops this week, and now they’ve just put out another one on the market – this time it’s the 10.1″ Mini NB250 netbook, while they’re also reviving one of their older models, the Mini NB305, giving it an Intel Atom N455 CPU.

The new Mini NB250 features an LED display running at 1024×600, 1.66GHz Intel Atom N455 processor, and an integrated GMA 3150 graphics card. It also offers 1GB DDR RAM, plus a 250GB hard drive for your storage needs. For connectivity, there are three USB ports and a reader for various data card types – as well as a built-int webcam and wireless 802.11 b/g/n support – and the standard Bluetooth connection.

The price of all this is $299, which makes it a fantastic little deal. The NB305’s new price is now $379, by the way, making it still hold the top title for hot deals in netbooks – so if you’re on the lookout for one, this should definitely be one of your first picks.
