New Mac Mini 2010 Pricing & Availability Announced

Apple has made its latest version of the Mac Mini computer available for sale on its online store. The device was expected by many to be announced at the WWDC 2010 event which witnessed the unveiling of the new iPhone.

The Mac Mini was made available on the online store along with pre-order for the iPhone 4. The new version of the Mac Mini is extremely small in size with a thickness of just 1.4 inches. However, the features of the device have been upgraded at the same time.

It is available in two models and the first model has a 2.4 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo processor with a 320 GB hard drive and 2 GB of RAM. The second model comes with 4 GB of RAM and a 500 GB hard drive. It also contains an Intel Core 2 Duo processor with a speed of 2.66 GHz. A GeForce 320M graphics card from NVIDIA is part of both the models. The 500 GB model is also equipped with the Mac OS X Server Snow Leopard. Buyers can also select softwares to be pre-installed in the devices.

The 320 GB model has been priced at $699 whereas the 500 GB model with Server Snow Leopard comes at a price of $999.
