Best Buy iPhone 4 preorders to start from June 15th

All those Apple fans who couldn’t wait to get their hands on the iPhone 4 can be one step closer by tomorrow. Best Buy has announced that they will be starting to take pre-order reservations for the iPhone 4 from June 15th, which is well ahead of Apple’s official launch on June 24th. You can book either the 16GB or the 32GB version, priced at $199 and $299 respectively and will be available in either white or black color. The pre-sale orders can be placed at any Best Buy or Best Buy Mobile standalone store throughout the US. The phone itself will arrive in Best Buy on June 24.

The much anticipated and hyped iPhone 4 packs a great deal of new features. Its just 9.3 mm thick which is a 25% reduction in thickness from the existing iPhone. It sports a gorgeous 3.5inch display with 960 x 340 pixel display and a 5 megapixel camera with LED flash capable of 720p HD video recording. The new iOS 4.0 software allows for multitasking and as well as Video conference calling over WiFi. Support for 802.11n WiFi is included as well as Quad band HSDPA 7.2. To top it all off, the iPhone 4 has scratch proof glass both on the front and back.
