Calling all you out there who have been waiting for the arrival of the Garmin-ASUS  Garminfone. All you need to do now is head directly for T-Mobile and pick your handset. The GPS-centric handset comes as a value added product that would interest all GPS fanatics who would want to replace their in-car unit they have been having for so long. Smartphone with GPS capabilities doesn’t seem to be a bad idea, does it?

The handset comes with features such as a 3 mega pixel camera, AWS 3G connectivity options and more. Driven by Google Android 1.6 OS, the phone might also be in for an Android update, some where down the line. Or may be not!

If you are really keen on owning the device, a 2-year contract with T-Mobile will bring to you the GPS handset for $199.99 after a $50 mail in rebate. If you aren’t very enthusiastic about the  contract option, you can pick your Garminfone at Even More Plus for $449.99. They are selling it on a 20-monthly-installment offer where you need to pay $22.50 each month. Are you game?
