Acer Liquid E Confirmed on Rogers Canada, Availability & Pricing Announced

The Acer Liquid E may not be generating as much hype as other devices like the HTC Legend or Triumph, but it’s still a pretty well-known one – and last night, Rogers have confirmed that the device is now shipping to all of their dealers.

The Liquid E runs on the Android 2.1 OS – well at least for the time being – and is powered by a Snapdragon running at 768MHz. It also features a 3.5″ WVGA capacitive touchscreen display and a 5 megapixel camera that can record 720p video. It also supports Wi-Fi, GPS, and tri-band 7.2Mbps HSDPA.

So, the fact that it’s already being shipped to dealers means that you can get your hands on your own copy of it in just a matter of days. If you’re already reaching for your wallet but aren’t sure how tightly to pack it, don’t worry – if you vouch for a 3-year contract it’ll be yours for just $49.99 – or if you want to be free of any obligations, you can buy it instantly for $424.99.

Both prices are fine for the device’s specifications, so if you need a good new smartphone – here’s a good option.
