The Motorola Droid Shadow has been caught peeking out of the shadows, and it looks great.  A fresh image of the Shadow has been clicked and posted on the web, triggering speculations galore.  The handset, snapped secretly from a Verizon gym in Washington, has given rise to much debate on why test pieces such as this are carelessly left behind by irresponsible employees.

However, for enthusiasts waiting to hear more about new releases this image and specs come as welcome news.

What else does the picture have to say about the Shadow?  From what has been reported, the Shadow will sport 16GB of internal storage and will run a Snapdragon processor. Looking further, you could get to know that the handset would come with a HDMI port, an 8 megapixel camera that supports 720p video capture. The screen real estate extends up to 4.3 inches. It is also expected to boast of 802.11b/g/n Wi-Fi capabilities and a slider QWERTY keyboard.

The phone, likely to be official before July this year, is likely to overtake the Milestone in terms of popularity. By the looks of it the Motorola droid Shadow will be giving the phone maker reasons to celebrate. We guess we should wait till July to see how Motorola gears up for the celebrations.
