Verizon Droid Incredible Shipments Delayed, Out of Stock Until June 1st

The new Droid Incredible from Verizon is getting harder and harder to find. The phone originally went on sale on April 29th, and has since gone out of stock, with a delay on shipping until June 1st.

This popularity comes as no surprise, and is very fitting considering the name and the specs of the phone. The Droid Incredible has a very polished 8 megapixel camera as well as a high-def 3.7″ touchscreen display, 512MB DDR RAM, WiFi capability, and a host of easy-to-use software we’ve come to expect from Google. All these prove that this phone means business, and it’s clear Verizon made some good decisions.

The 8GB of storage means that you can download as many apps as you want, and the 1Ghz Snapdragon processor will keep them running smoothly.

The HTC Droid Incredible is available from Verizon for $199.99 USD with a two-year contract, and after factoring in a $100 online discount. The Incredible has an array of incredible features- and coupled with Verizon backing out of carrying the Nexus One, many cell phone junkies are getting excited about the Incredible… If they could just get their hands on it.

Would you buy the Droid Incredible, despite the delay?
