AT&T is bringing in the Palm Pixi Plus and the LG Vu Plus on to its network starting June 6. According to leaked info, the Palm Pixi Plus will be available on the carrier network at a price of $50 after the mail-in rebate along with the contract. The price is $100 less than what AT&T is charging for the Palm Pre Plus, which has been made available on the carrier recently.

In fact, the price of the Palm Pixi Plus on the AT&T network is equal to the price charged by mobile carrier Verizon for the Palm Pre Plus on its network.

AT&T will be offering the Palm Pixi Plus without the mobile hotspot service. AT&T’s price of $150 for the Palm Pre Plus signals the confidence the company has in itself of being able to sell Palm phones for prices higher than those set by Verizon and Sprint.

A replacement to the LG Vu phone on the AT&T network, the LG Vu Plus will also be available on AT&T from June 6 onwards. The handset will be priced at $150 on contract along with a rebate. Similar changes are also being made by AT&T for Samsung handsets, with the improved version of the Samsung Rugby, the Samsung Rugby II due to available for sale via AT&T for $130 from June 6. Pantech’s Pursuit handset will also be available on AT&T from the same day at a price of $50.
