Motorola RAZR3 Specifications Revealed

May 3, 2010, By Radimir Bobev

The Motorola RAZR3 was leaked with a picture and a short video recently, but not much else has been revealed about the upcoming device since then. We were supposed to see it released last year, but then the Android grabbed Motorola’s attention and they started concentrating their effort on it. Now though, we get to see what the RAZR3 will pack for users.

However, the specifications seem to be a tad disappointing, at least if you expected the device to be a powerful smartphone. While it does sound attractive in some aspects, it still leaves a lot to be desired in others and should definitely get some sort of revision before hitting the market – it packs a 420MHz ARM11 CPU, 109 MB of RAM, GPS and Wi-Fi support and a 2.2″ QVGA internal display, with a 2″ one providing the external picture (complete with touchscreen functionality).

BlackBerry seem to be holding the edge here with their 9670 when it comes to specifications, but then again the RAZR3 still looks quite the attractive choice – which one you’ll get boils down more or less to personal preference, but we would opt for the RAZR3.
