Samsung’s N150 Notebook Gets 3G Modem by Verizon

The N150 netbook by Samsung wasn’t that attractive of an offer until now, considering its specifications vs price ratio – pretty much the only thing the laptop was standing out with was the variety of colors it came in. However, now the device has been upgraded to finally come with the 3G modem that we got promised a long time ago.

So, if you’re using the N150, with the new modem you can now connect to Verizon’s Wireless service. It should be noted that the modem is not the LTE one that we’ve been spotting at the MWC, which should come a bit further down the road – but it should still satisfy those looking for connectivity on the go.

One thing should be noted about the new release in a negative tone: the multiple color options which were making the N150 such an attraction aren’t available with the new modem-equipped model, so you’ll have to satisfy yourself with a black finish with red trims. It still looks nice though.
