Motorola MING Updated as Moto MT820; Smartphone to Arrive Android-Driven

A new exterior appears to have been adopted for the Motorola MING that is believed to be emerging again. The resurfacing of the MING clearly brings to focus the fact that Motorola has updated the device to give it the killer looks. The images we get to see of the updated Motorola MING make us believe that the new phone is a revised prototype of the MING. However, there is also talk that the new images found point toward a new mobile phone from Motorola.

Specifications and other details of the phone are yet to come by. Whatever is available is sketchy. All we get to know is that the smartphone we are talking about has received its official model designation, MT820. Expected to run Android 2.0 or 2.1, coupled with Motorola’s Motoblur interface, the phone might come in with a dual SIM support, a five-megapixel camera, and 720p video capture. It is being said that the updated MING, or Moto MT820, will be tailormade for China’s TD-SCDMA network. There is so much to be revealed on the features front and the pricing side too. We would like to wait for Motorola to give us that. Look at some of the images that the Slashphone guys found at Hiapk, as we go hunting for more details of the handset.
