Verizon Droid Incredible by HTC: Full Specs [Drooling]

For those of you who had their head firmly implanted in a bucket of sand over the last few hours, the new Droid Incredible by HTC has been finally confirmed by Verizon Wireless, with a release date and pre-orders beginning on April 29th, and a launch (probably) on May 5th. Although briefly reported before, what you may not know are the full specs for the Droid Incredible.

But we got our hands on the specs, so here’s what’s under the hood.

  • 1 Ghz Snapdragon processor (QSD8650) (245 Mhz at idle)
  • RAM – 512 MB (possibly 576MB…conflicting data)
  • ROM – 512MB flash + 8GB moviNAND
  • 8 MP camera (Dual flash and AF)
  • Android 2.1
  • Sense UI (w/ Friendstream)
  • Optical track pad (vs. “ball”)
  • 3.7 inch AMOLED screen, WVGA resolution1300 MaH battery (Talk time: 312 minutes, Standby time: 149 hours)
  • FM Tuner
  • 802.11 b/g/n
  • Flash Lite 4.0
  • Dimensions: 4.63 x 2.30 x 0.47 inches (117.5 x 58.5 x 11.9 mm)
  • Weight: 4.6 ounces (130 grams) with battery
  • (telecoil) T3 compliant — makes life easier for our hearing impaired friends
  • SAR: Head: 1.40 W/kg; Body: 0.7 W/kg

We also know that there’s NO multitouch BUG as found in Google’s Nexus One.

Other than the above, we also have a list of unconfirmed specs for the Droid Incredible, but our advice is take it with a pinch of salt before falling for it. So here they are.

  • 8GB MicroSDHC card (neat)
  • Noise canceling dual mic like on the N1 (neat, again)
  • 720p recording: it def has the capability (three times neat).

So, are you guys considering a contract with Verizon?
