HTC Desire & Sony Ericsson Xperia X10 Now Available on Virgin Media

Virgin Media may not be the biggest of Carriers in the UK but it has one upped names like Vodafone, Orange and O2 by offering the HTC Desire and Sony Ericsson Xperia X10, and having both these smartphones available in stock readily. Both smartphones are top-notch with all the latest features you seek on your mobile and since the other Carriers have only announced these devices and still not sold them, it is clear that Virgin Media will draw the advantage.

The HTC Desire is available on Virgin Media for £30 per month on a two year deal, with a free phone of course, while the Xperia X10 will demand £50 more (overall) on a similar deal.

Another interesting fact is that Virgin Media will also sell the BlackBerry Bold 9700 on an exclusive deal for a month before opening it to a broader range of customers.

Other than these high-end smartphones, Virgin is also offering attractive plans to existing customers where free calls to other Virgin Mobiles and free calls from their home phones to Virgin Mobiles are available. [via: Techradar]
