First Screenshots From Fallout: New Vegas Shown Around the Internet

Recently, a series of new screenshots from Fallout: New Vegas have surfaced – and while it’s anything but clear how they came about, they definitely look real and legitimate, since they have been seen in some printed editions as well.

The screenshots show geckos, as well as some combat scenes. The gam definitely looks promising, and a worthy sequel to its predecessor.

Fallout: New Vegas is expected to be at least as successful as the previous installments in the series, although its development was headed by another studio. The original was developed by Bethesda, but this one is being made by Obsidian, who were founded by veterans from the studio behind Fallout and Fallout 2, Black Isle.

New Vegas is expected to be released for the PC, PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 platforms this fall, and we’re certainly very eager to see how it plays. According to developers, it’s likely that it won’t be the last sequel to the game, and Fallout 3 will be expanded with even more titles soon enough.
