A handful of digital cameras and camcorders have been introduced by HP. Christened  CW450, CW450t, SW450, PW550z, V1020h and CW460t, the digicams and camcorders fall in the point and shoot category and are expected to consumer marts by the advent of Spring. The prices, ranging between $99 and $199 are indeed luring, aren’t they?

While the CW450t, which would come with a $109 tag, and PW460t ($149) feature touchscreen displays, HP has made the CW450t more luring by throwing in a 2.7-inch screen. Meanwhile, the HP PW460t boasts of a broader 3-inch screen.  The CW450t and PW460t would both arrive at the market place with a 4x optical zoom. SDHC cards would be present to take care of the storage department. The CW450, in the meantime, would be similar to the 450t, except for the fact that it would come without the touch capability. HP would bring it to the market for $99. The SW450 will come with a 2.7-inch screen, 4x optical zoom, and a $129 tag.

HP has introduced the digital camcorders, V5601u and V5560u, with 3-inch touchscreens that are capable of 1080p video recording. The V5560u that would come charming with a 5x optical zoom, would sport a price tag that reads $199. Meanwhile, HP would line up the V5061u for $169.

HP’s PW550z would have added lure for the fact that it would have a 5x optical zoom camera and a 2.7-inch LCD. The model will sell for $149. Meanwhile, the V1020h digital 720p camcorder would come for $109. So, which one are you planning to pick when they arrive this Spring?
