MSI intros classic-series notebooks with Intel Core i3 and Core i5 processors; Blu-ray DVD combo drive also included

MSI has brought to the market its latest set of classic-series notebooks enhanced with the state of-the-art Intel processors Core i3 and Core i5 processors. The line up includes the fresh-from-the-assembly-line 16-inch CR 600 models and three new models belonging to the CR620 line CR620-030/ 031/ 033.

Running Windows 7 Home Premium OS and HD displays, all these devices could get noticed and picked for yet another feature – the inclusion of a Blu-ray DVD combo drive. And, all these in a package come for oh-so-charming prices too.

The 15.6 inch CR 620 models would sport Intel Core i3 or Core i5 processors and 4GB of DDR3 RAM.  These apart, the presence of a 320 or 500 GB HDD and backlit 16:9 HD displays  of 1366 x768 resolution give the notebooks added sheen. MSI has built the CR620-033 also with a Blu-ray DVD combo drive.

Meanwhile, the CR 600 models houses under the shell NVIDIA’s GeForce 8200M. The notebooks also boast of 802.11 b/g/ draft n wireless connection capable and feature HDMI out port.  A look at the price tags could leave you drooling. MSI has decided to sell the Classic (C)-series 15.6 inch Core i3 and i5 notebooks for prices starting at $649, the CR620-033 with Blu-ray DVD combo drive would come for $700. We are surely picking our piece now.
