Toshiba is bringing to the fore its new TG02 smartphone, which is taken off from its earlier super-slim Toshiba TG01 Windows phone. This apart, the Mobile World Congress also is being witness to K01, which comes across as a stylish, powerful and easy to use media device optimized for mobile messaging.

Brought to the MWC 2010 by Toshiba Information Systems (UK) Ltd, the TG02  will sure be picked up by customers looking for high-quality entertainment on the move. Designed in a sleek package, this successor to the Toshiba TG01 Windows phone comes with a wide 4.1″ VGA capacitive touchscreen. This display promises to offer an astoundingly smooth and fast paced responsive user experience.

Akin to that deployed in the TG01, the internal image tuning technology stays offering rich, high-quality visuals in a slim and portable device that provides for movie viewing  with no hassles whatsoever.

The phone maker has incorporated a highly-intuitive and stylish 3D menu system on the TG02, which aids browsing through the smartphone touchscreen. The TG01 comes built on the Windows Mobile 6.5 platform. The Net surfing experience has been further enhanced with the presence of an internal 1GHz processor .

Meanwhile, the Toshiba K01 comes with a slide-out QWERTY keyboard that provides for easy typing. One significant aspect about the K01 is that the device comes offering the company’s first-ever Organic Light Emitting Diode (OLED) capacitive 4.1″ wide-screen. This feature ensures clarity, brightness, contrast, minimum power consumption and faster response. The unique UI helps in faster browsing and less time wastage . The 1GHz2 processor is yet another feature, while storage is extendable up to 32GB using microSDHC cards.

No info has been let out by the company on its launch date or the pricing. Let’s wait to know more on that.
