Google Nexus One owners’ queries to be now answered by a real person

Google Nexus One has been around ever since the new year opened, and the company is now deploying human support to answer customer queries. The search major has initiated a US support number that will be answered by a human. The task would be to provide answers to customer clarifications as well as making the smart phone more acceptable.

It has been pointed out that Google will only be attending to enquiries into the ordering and shipping process, while all other queries would be redirected to HTC or the carrier T-Mobile. The good thing is that the customer gets to talk to a real person. One doubt remains as to why the company hadn’t employed this human support from the time of launch itself.

What comes to the fore is the fact that Google has now, though a bit late, come a step closer to the customer by way of deploying human support for the Nexus One. This initiative also pushes the company a bit forward to being a normal seller of mobile phones. If you are looking to call, here are the details: Nexus One owners can call (888) 48NEXUS (63987) between 4 a.m. and 7 p.m. PST and reach a live person who will have all the answers, well almost.
