Eminent EM7075-DTS HD-capable media player rolled out, promises to play anything

The latest in the Eminent HD-capable media player line is out. Eminent’s new EM7075-DTS is a device that supports direct playback of Dolby DTS audio, sans a separate decoder.  

The ICT accessories supplier has introduced the device as a player that can connect to a TV to play HD video files, like MKV and H.264, with optimal sound quality.  Spruced up with DTS audio, the EM7075-DTS hdMEDIA STREAM is a very complete HD media player.

All you need to do is to have a network connection that allows it to access multimedia files on computers in the home network. This ensures that the EM7075-DTS plays movies from a PC or laptop on TV. Further, the media player supports resolutions up to 1080P on a full HD TV.

Equipped to handle local content via a USB 2.0 port or streamed network content via a 10/100 ethernet port, in up to 1080p HD, the device boast of a wide array of format support. These include video formats such as XviD (SD/HD), MPEG-1, MPEG-1/2(MP@HL), MPEG-4.2 (ASP@L5, 720P, 1Pt. GMC) WMV9 (MP@HL), H.264 (BP@L3, MP@L4.0, HP@L4.0 & L4.1), VC-1 (MP@HL, AP@L3), MKV, AVI, VOB, ISO, IFO, DVR-MS, ASF (WMV), MOV (MP4 codec) and DAT, while there is also a whole list of of audio and image file types it can play.
