LG EX-series LCDs bet big on energy savings; to first arrive in Korean mart
LG is bringing to the market place a bunch of new ultra slim LCDs under the EX-series. Believed to be a product of a unique Green Energy Saving technology compared with the conventional LCD monitor, the EX-series boasts of up to 40 per cent energy savings. Sounds good, indeed.
To first arrive in Korean markets, the monitors will take a while before coming to the North American market, it is believed. Complete with 17.5mm thick bezel and LED backlighting, with a response time of 5 ms, the new LCD displays bring in models such as the 20-inch EX205, 21.5-inch EX225, and 23-inch EX235.
Each monitor comes with a mere 17.5 millimeters in thickness, making the new products super-slim and cute. Further, LG has said that the industry’s highest contrast ratio of 1 and 5 million of the ultra-fast 5ms response rate makes for a crisp, clear picture quality.
With the Korean markets set to welcome the new product which boasts of all eco friendly features. The company hasn’t decided on whether the products are to be shipped to American stores. Let us wait to hear more on that.
