The new Dell Mini 10 netbook had been a joy for the professional on the go, for sure. Now, the computer maker has spruced the popular netbook by throwing in the Intel Pine Trail (Atom) N450 processor into its hardware slot. Dell is expected to start selling the netbook by January 2010, for a price starting at $299.

If you remember right, the Intel Pine Trail N450 processor is the one that had been officially unveiled recently. With the arrival of the Intel Pine Trail N450 processor under its hood, the Dell Mini 10 netbook now holds an additional reason for you to pick one for yourself.

The netbook comes with a 1.66GHz N450 CPU and has a 10.1-inch LCD display. According to Dell, the display can be had in 1024 x 600 or 1366 x 768 resolutions, making it more user friendly for the professional who is always on the go.

Dell isn’t stopping at that. Reports suggest that it would soon incorporate a built-in TV tuner and GPS system into the netbook. Further, we hear that the device could also boast of the Broadcom Crystal HD for high definition video playback. These additions are due during the first quarter of 2010.

Connectivity would be taken care of by the WiFi, Bluetooth and mobile broadband options, while on the storage front, Dell has put in place 1GB of space. A 6-cell battery unit with up to 9.5 hours of run time would make the device even luring.
