The PlayStation Store just got a massive update, bringing you lots of goodies. First, you get Final Fantasy VIII as a PSOne Classics release. You can also play the demo for Gran Turismo 5, as well as Metal Gear Solid: Peace Walker. The new DLC for Brutal Legend is also up for grabs, so it’s definitely going to be exciting for PS3 fans in the coming days.

If you think the above news are cool, wait till you hear about the price cuts – apart from some promotions going on right now, there have also been some permanent price reductions – for example, GTA: Chinatown Wars for the PSP and Holy Invasion of Privacy Badman are now available for just $9.99, both reduced by $10.

Lots of DLC for Guitar Hero 5 is available as well, with titles such as “Sister Jack” by Spoon available for just under $2 – same goes for Rock Band, where you can get new songs by Green Day and Mars, all priced at $1.99.

Among other new available content are new game videos and free themes for your console, as well as some paid ones.
