Sith is on a come back, this time as a jedi. In case you are a first-timer, Sith is the original Star War game’s protagonist. Now, with the announcement that the sequel titled Star War: The Force Unleashed 2 set for an opening in 2010, die-hard gamers have a great 2010 ahead for sure. The trailer unveiled looks awesome.

The announcement of the return puts an end to a long wait, considering that first LucasArts game went on to become a super duper hit in 2008. The game had sold over 5.7 million copies, statistics up to February 2009 say. Though not many details have been forthcoming, the trailer shows that it begins from where the original ended. Sith, looking a jedi, is all over the trailer which has voiceover from both Yoda and Darth Vader talking to the Marek. To know more, you will have to wait until the official launch.

It is likely that Star War: The Force Unleashed 2 would most probably arrive on PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 as they served as platforms for the original too. The trailer is currently posted on posted the official site of LucasArts, if you would like to have a look.
