Phenom Communications’ new Dream watch-phone is officially out. Dubbed as an elegant and exclusive watch-phone model, Dream has been rolled out in a night black hue and would be yours to pick for  a cool holiday promo price of just $395.

Obviously aiming at holiday season shoppers, Phenom’s new offering is a quad-band, dual SIM cell phone watch. Featuring an external key pad, a full color touch screen, MP3 and video player, digital and still camera and USB drive, Dream is akin to a dream come true for those who are seriously into gadgets of this kind. The dual SIM makes it possible to have two numbers – one exclusively for the family and the other for business. Significant is the fact that you can even opt for the carrier of your choice for each SIM.

On the storage front, Phenom has provision for up to 2GB memory. Further, by just switching the SD card, you will be able to play any music or video you want.

The 1.3-megapixel camera, microSD card slot, Bluetooth, vibrate alert and an FM radio are the additions. However, we were looking for SMS and MMS support but couldn’t locate it. Same is the case with the 3G option. It seems like Phenom has decided to keep such features out. Battery life is okay considering that it can run up to two hours talk time. Holiday shoppers might find this an impressive piece of gadget, but we doubt if the Phenom Dream would stay on as expected.
