ASUS Reveals The Eee PC 1201T Netbook

November 30, 2009, By Radimir Bobev

The Eee PC 1201HA was just released on the market today, and it’s a huge success, but it seems ASUS are already thinking of improving on the device. The Eee PC 1201T was revealed recently, and it holds some more impressive specifications than the previous one in the line-up.

The 1201T uses a combination of AMD’s Congo and the Nvidia Ion, both of which are very efficient devices for their price range and should give the netbook quite the multimedia capabilities. The processor is running at 1.6GHz, and the computer also has 2 GB of DDR2 RAM, 250 GB of hard drive space, and a 6-cell battery. The screen is the standard 12.1″ one, and the netbook looks very similar to the previous ones released so far.

It’s not currently known when the netbook will come out and how much it will cost, but people are already speculating wildly. One thing is for sure – considering the effect ASUS’s previous release had on the public, this one should blow us away just as well, so we’re really looking forward to it.
