Tesco to Sell the Apple iPhone 3G and 3GS in the UK

Tesco, a popular major retail store chain in the UK, announced they’re going to start selling the iPone 3G and 3GS in their stores. This is another step towards the popularity of the iPhone and turning it into a more accessible device. It’s not currently known under what conditions the device will be sold, but knowing Tesco’s other phone offers, customers will most likely be sold an O2 sim card, however running at the price rates of Tesco.
Anyone who’s used Tesco’s phone services before knows that they tend to charge a bit too much for that, so if you’re going to buy an iPhone with a contract that links you to Tesco in any way, you should keep that in mind – not everyone is willing to spend a lot of money on a monthly basis, but on the other hand, the iPhone is a high-class device that’s not for everyone either.
