For those out of the know, the first Monday after black Friday is called Cyber Monday. One of the best days for online retailers by volume and amount of online shopping, Cyber Monday is when people rush online to get the products they couldn’t get during the weekend rush in outlet stores. But the interesting thing is that Cyber Monday is not an US only event, with the likes of Amazon UK gearing up offer Holiday shopping promotions online — with workers at their Milton Keys warehouse getting ready for the years busiest day.
If we’re to take last year’s numbers, Amazon UK had lots of TV models, laptops, cameras, DVDs and Blu-ray players for sale at discounted prices which led to more than 1.4 million products being sold in just one day. And this year’s Cyber Monday is expected to be even bigger.
