Sony Ericsson Xperia X10 to launch on February 10, 2010

Chances are we might get to see the official launch of Sony Ericsson’s new Xperia X10 on February 10, 2010. That is what a leaf out of Sony Ericsson’s UK page tells us. To be made available in a sensuous black color, the Xperia X10 might bowl you over.

Dubbed as “the most human and intuitive user experience yet”, the Xperia X10 holds a lot of promise and is being anticipated by enthusiasts world wide. Now that we have a launch date, the wait seems to be turning meaningful. The new handset, powered by the Android OS, will boast of 1 Gigabyte of internal memory and a superfast 1 GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon processor.

The previews reveal that the X10 will have a touch screen that is capable of providing super-quick access to social media services and contacts via a rich graphical user interface.

Sony Ericsson has brought on the best of camera functions into its new smartphone. In fact, the X10 will be the first Android smartphone to bring with it an 8 mega pixel camera. The Xperia X10 will house an 8 megapixel camera, which will have smile detection, touch focus and send-to-web functionalities.

Making it awesome and out of the world will be features such as social media applications such as Mediascape and Timescape. Users will be able to manage all communications from a single location with these apps. Let’s hope February  10 comes faster.
