MSI U210 netbook begins to arrive in Canada

MSI has announced that it has started dispatching its U210 netbook to Canadian stores. The netbook, which had been introduced in United States during September 2009, will now be available across Canada.


Running Windows XP home, the MIS U210 netbook comes with a  12.1-inch HD resolution screen with 1366 x 768 resolution. Promising four full hours of battery time, the six-cell pack offers plenty of online time on a single charge. The device comes loaded with 1GB of RAM and storage specifications read 160GB HDD. On the processor front, MSI has gone in for an AMD Athlon Neo MV-40 at 1.6GHz. We learn the MSI U210 netbook will sell in Canada for $429.

The U210 boasts of graphics, courtesy of ATI Radeon X1250. One significant aspect of the MSI U210 netbook is that it has incorporated a bigger key board. By this we mean, the U210 comes with a keyboard that has keys 51 per cent  larger than those on other notebooks of the same size.

Available in black, blue and white hues, the U210 packs features such as a 1.3MP webcam, HDMI out, three USB ports, VGA out, and a 4-in-1 card reader.
