A new Android-based device is believed to be in the works at Dell. Images leaked online endorse the reports saying what is being readied is a Dell Streak. The name might just be the name of the prototype, but what we would get to see in a few months from now is sure to be the second Android device from the company.

Going by the images leaked online, Dell Streak is believed to be a 5-inch WVGA 800 x 480 touchscreen Android 2.0 Donut MID, complete with wireless fidelity, Bluetooth and 3G WWAN connectivity.  What we hear is that Dell is pretty focused on its new upcoming 5-inch 3G Android MID.

So what do we expect to see soon? Analyze the leaked images, and you will get to see the presence of a 5-megapixel camera with dual-LED flash and a microSD card slot. Dell seems to have placed a front-facing camera on the device. The PC maker is also throwing in a 1,300mAh battery which promises more life.

Three touch-sensitive buttons feature on the Dell Streak, along with volume controls on the side panel. What we also get to see is a device a bit bigger than the iPod Touch from Apple. If you would remember right, this was indeed what was being rumored as being made at Dell a few months ago.

The images also show a camera short cut and a multi-function dock. By the looks of it, the new upcoming Dell Streak with the 800 x 480 touchscreen display that boasts of multi-touch zooming capabilities would make the Android scene even more luring.
