Microsoft Courier Booklet

Microsoft Courier is a tablet-like device that the company has been secretly working on. Already in the late prototype stage of development, Microsoft will take on the Apple Tablet  and the Crunchpad with their new Courier booklet which is expected to actually hit the market, in the near future.

Hailed to feature dual 7-inch multitouch screens, in addition to playing directly with your greasy fingers on it, the new Microsoft Courier is meant for writing, flicking and drawing with a stylus. The two displays are being “glued” together by a a hinge with a single button, just like the iPhone. They also provide essential info regarding the battery life, status description and wireless signal strength, while the back of the booklet features an innovative camera that is rumored to charge through an inductive pad.

Not much official info regarding the new Microsoft Courier, but the folks over at Gizmodo have got their hands on a bunch of pictures and a video (un-embeddable).

Looks neat to us, but we’re still waiting for an official statement and full specifications before we fall for it!
