PS3 Slim Release Date, Prices and Specs Leaked, Available for Pre-Order

Long craved for, the new PS3 Slim has made it to the rumor mill and this time we not only have a release date for the device but also a price and pre-order images to confirm the whole deal.

The good folks at Engadget got their hands on a few ads and the pre-order page on K-Mart where the new PS3 Slim sells for $300. “The Rumors Are Reality, New Low Price & A New Exciting PlayStation 3.” They say it comes with Blu-ray, a 120GB hard drive, a DualShock 3 gamepad, and HDMI support with 1080p support. As for a release date, it could be August 24 on K-Mart.

But wait up. It’s not only K-Mart to sell the sleek piece of tech, Sears has the same deal going on — with a release date set for September first.

In the UK the new PS3 Slim is expected to be available starting September 11 on ASDA for a rumored price of £250.
