HP iPaQ K3 Obsidian now surfaces with an AMOLED Screen
HP has been totally out of the fray when we talk about leading smartphone developers across the world and it somehow wants to get a firmer grip on things with the launch of the Obsidian-iPaQ K3 for AT&T in November.

The company is so jittery about the product that there are a number of details which haven’t been finalized as yet. Take for instance the display which was earlier a TFT variant measuring 2.8-inches but now a smaller (2.46-inch 320 x 240 pixel) AMOLED screen has been revealed.
The display isn’t the only change as the 2MP camera also goes out of the window. Positively though, there is a better 3.2-inch lens that replaces the older option.
Other specs that include GPS, a 3.5mm audio jack, WiFi, Bluetooth 2.0, full QWERTY keypad, WinMo 6.5 OS and microSD card slot remain unchanged.
There is still time to go and who knows HP might spring a bunch of more surprises before November30-the official launch date for the iPaQ K3 Obsidian. [via Mobilewhack]
