Activision Unveils Official Guitar Hero 5 Drum Kit

There is still time before the Guitar Hero 5 goes public and you can sure be a member of the four-person band experience. If a drummer is what you prefer, Activision offers you the perfect chance with the official Guitar Hero 5 Drum Kit release.

There is not much information available for the redesigned kit expect for the images of course. In terms of function it will pretty much do what the Logitech Guitar Hero 5 Drum Kit does with a couple of cymbals, three drum heads, and a kick pedal.

While the Logitech offering costs $230, this official set will hopefully be cheaper. It will also be more sought after owing to the fact that it has positioning flexibility, premium hardware and can be folded like a portable device.

More details can be expected in September when the game is officially out. But you do not have to wait long as the pre-orders are in place for the PS2, PS3 and XboX 360 and this includes the Guitar Controller as well.
