HTC Hero Coming Soon on Orange

With Android (the Open Source Platform) being the buzz word, why should Orange lag behind . It any case it is just about a perfect grab and will serve as the launching carrier for the third Android phone from HTC, dubbed Hero.There are no confusions about the release month (July) but what is being speculated is a new User Interface.

Experts believe that the TouchFLO 3D UI is no more a part of HTC phones and it would instead be the HTC Sense UI. Well that bit of speculation will certainly make the release interesting. What we are sure about though is the presence of 3.2-inch touchscreen display with 320 x 480 resolution.

On the connectivity front, Hero sports GSM and HSDPA and other peripherals like an integrated WiFi along with GPS navigation. There is also a 5MP camera that stores images on to a microSD card.[via nexus404]
