Microsoft Xbox 360 Wireless Microphone for Music Games

The virtual controllers for the Xbox 360 are still somewhere in the conceptual world so, it is better to check out offerings like the recently unveiled Wireless Microphone for the Microsoft XboX 360. Musical games like Guitar Hero, Rock Band, Lips, High School Musical 3 and the kind can now become a different experience for the microphone will add to the overall game quality.

There was a lot of hubbub regarding a similar microphone with the release of Lips but Microphone chose to introduce it as a separate peripheral. Microsoft says that the mic would help you in your living room rock star efforts or help your friend to sing with you duet style.

The microphone also has integrated sensors for added functionality though we are confused about the range of those functions. It will ship sometime this fall for $50. [via Slashgear]
